Shipping & Delivery
When will my order arrive?
Most customers receive their orders within 6–15 business days. Orders are typically processed and prepared within 1–3 business days before shipment. At Swoxi, we carefully verify and package each order to ensure it arrives safely.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or text message. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package into their system.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Swoxi currently ships only within the United States. International shipping is not available right now.
Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept several secure payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
What currency are orders charged in?
All purchases made through Swoxi are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
My payment failed. What should I do?
If your payment was declined, please confirm that your billing information matches your card details. You may also try another payment method. If the issue continues, your bank may have temporarily blocked the transaction for security reasons.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How do I request a return or exchange?
To begin the return process, please contact our support team at support@swoxi.com and include your order number. Our team will provide instructions and the return address.
Are there any restocking fees?
No. Swoxi does not charge restocking fees. Customers are only responsible for return shipping costs when returning items due to a change of mind.
Troubleshooting
My tracking shows “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package.
Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. Please wait 24–48 hours and check with neighbors or your building’s front desk. If the package still cannot be located, contact the carrier and then email us so we can assist you.
I received the wrong item.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please send a photo of the item you received along with your order number to support@swoxi.com. Our support team will quickly arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
